Organizing the mitote of my mind into written pieces is my strategy. I then learn, and communicate what I've learned, so others will perhaps have the ability to organize their own chaos.
Call it curiosity, obsession or the desire to be a perpetual student, I love to discover and uncover. I also love to write. A combination of the two...well, here we are.
Follow my interest in the creative side of our world. I make attempts to solve our biggest, most profound questions through experience and research.
As for a particular focus...well...look for travel, wellness, nutrition, healthy experiences and, my personal saviour, yoga!
Although I spend time blogging my thoughts on my personal site, I have also written 8 children's non-fiction books which can be purchased all over the world, articles in local rags, regional mags and other publications, many related to the travel industry. As a flight attendant by day, I tend to glean a different perspective on the world of travel and have some, shall we say enlightened, thoughts on the many ways we can get from A to B.
